Registration is now open for participants and volunteers of the 10th International Youth Forum “Eurasia Global”, part of the WYF series of events. The Forum will take place in Orenburg between June 24 and 29, 2025. It will bring together 300 participants – young leaders from various countries, volunteers, and experts. The Forum is organized by the Government of the Orenburg Region, and co-organized by the World Youth Festival Directorate with support from Rosmolodezh (Federal Agency for Youth Affairs).

“The ‘Eurasia Global' Forum has become a platform for dialogue and advancing initiatives, uniting over 8,000 young experts and leaders from more than 120 countries worldwide. This year’s anniversary Forum will strengthen international youth cooperation and foster new approaches to joint projects based on traditional values and equitable partnerships among representatives of different countries. By 2030, international events in Russia will have brought together over 38,000 young people from around the world as part of the 'Youth and Children' national project, launched at the initiative of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The 'Eurasia Global' Forum will be one of our key international events”, said Grigory Gurov, Head of Rosmolodezh.

“Last year, the 'Eurasia Global' International Youth Forum brought together 500 participants – leaders of youth associations from 89 Russian regions and 115 countries. Special attention was given to suggestions for developing the International Friendship Clubs, World Youth Festival Directorate’s flagship project aimed at strengthening international cooperation between youth from Russian regions and foreign countries. Today, 90 International Friendship Clubs operate across all Russian regions, including the “Sirius” federal territory. This year’s Forum will also focus on building communication, trust, and mutual understanding among young people from different countries. Participants will gain new knowledge in international relations and humanitarian cooperation while enhancing their skills in intercultural dialogue”, said Dmitry Ivanov, Director General of the World Youth Festival Directorate.

The Forum programme will feature leaders and representatives of International Friendship Clubs, foreign citizens actively engaged in international youth cooperation, representatives of non-profit organizations from abroad interested in developing ties with Russia, as well as members of organizations for young compatriots living abroad.

Registration for Russian and international participants is available on the Rosmolodezh platform until May 20 via the link: https://myrosmol.ru/events/a59c8248-2cb6-4567-b7fd-f8a94838f566

The business programme will focus on projects to implement within the International Friendship Clubs. Participants will also learn about tourist, cultural, and industrial potential of the Orenburg Region.

The Forum is also inviting volunteers to join the “Eurasia Global” Volunteer Corps. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and proficient in English. Applications are accepted on the DOBRO.RF platform until May 18. The selection process includes two stages: application review and online interviews to assess language skills and motivation.

Volunteers will assist in various roles, including rapid response teams, business programme, information and navigation, participant services, logistics, cultural programme, partner relations, media support, protocol services, and accreditation.

Before the Forum, volunteers will undergo training at the Volunteer School in Orenburg, which includes lectures and practical sessions. Roles will be assigned based on personal preference, skills, experience, and language proficiency.
